The Ferrari 328 is an icon, and is one of only a few cars in history that tied itself directly to a generation. The Ferrari 328 evolved from the 308 with small modifications to the body, chassis and engine. The two models combined created a sweet spot for enthusiasts combining both classic lines and an easy maintenance schedule. To this day, the 328 is arguably the epitome of a classic Ferrari. In 1988.5 and 1989 (the 328’s final year and a half of production) Ferrari equipped the 328 with ABS brakes. An easy way to identify the change is by the rim. The 88.5 and 89 cars have a convex rim VS the earlier cars concaved rim. The rim was given its convex design to fit the cars new ABS system. These 1988.5 and 1989 cars are the pinnacle of the classic 328 model, making it a highly desirable car. 

 

This 1989 328 GTS is a one owner, Canadian car, delivered new on June 29th 1989. The car has been fully documented since day one and has been serviced almost annually for better up keep. We purchased the car in early January of 2021. The car is in great condition and is a phenomenal driver that conveys a classic feel. Nothing beats the gated shifter.
